Terms and Conditions

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

  1. How to enter:

    In order to be in the running to win our amazing prize you must submit an application via this website by 11:59pm AEST on 30 September, 2025 (Closing Time). Your Pitch can be in the form of your choosing (i.e. video or in writing).

  2. Who can enter:

    Entrants must:

    (a) be an Australian resident;

    (b) be a female-run business or a business involved with the to the empowerment of women;

    (c) have a mission to improve society;

    (d) be registered with an ABN and operating as a business or a registered charitable organisation for at least 6 months;

    (e) have between 4 and 25 staff;

    (f) all entrants must be aged 18 and over and who have complied with clause 1 of these Terms and Conditions. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, their agencies and companies associated with the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

  3. Promoter:

    The Promoter is ET Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 861 592 534 42) (ET Collective, we, us, our)

  4. Promotion Period:

    The promotion period begins at midday AEST on 1 August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2025.

    Prize Value: The total prize value must not exceed $20,000.00 inclusive of GST.

    Prize: The Winner’s business will be entitled to a free tailored brand identity design package provided by the Promoter up to the maximum value of the Prize Value noted above.

  5. Draw:

    The Winner will be chosen by a representative of the Promoter (Judge) on 17th October 2025.

    (a) There will only be one winner selected by the Judge.

    (b) The Judging process will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter and the Judge’s decision of the winner will be final.

    (c) The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order), in the event that an invalid entry is drawn or an entrant drawn is ineligible.

    (d) The Winner will be announced on our social media pages including Instagram via @et_collective as well as ET Collective’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages.

    (e) The Prize winner must take the prize as described and on the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions.

    (f) The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

    (g) The Prize is non-transferable, non-saleable and not redeemable for cash and is not exchangeable.

    (i) Any unused proportion of the Prize or failure to utilise the Prize won by the date referred to herein will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed to by the Promoter.

  6. Service Agreement:

    The Winner must enter into the Promoter’s standard service agreement prior to the Promoter using the Prize.

  7. Marketing and media:

    The Prize winner agrees to participate in all reasonable marketing and media editorial requests including, but not limited to, being photographed, interviewed, filmed and/or appearing on social media. The winner also agrees to participate in resulting coverage by media outlets including online, newspaper, television and radio if requested by the Promoter.

  8. Privacy:

    All entries will be the property of the Promoter. Any personal information collected may be used by the Promoter, its contractors and agents as well as its service providers for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Personal information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this Promotion or to communicate with entrants. Entrants are able to obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by clicking here. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and the prize sponsors. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and the service providers may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including contacting entrants via electronic messaging. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

  9. Liability:

    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or claimed (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death, and direct or indirect loss or damage) by an entrant in relation to entering or participating in this Promotion or taking or using the Prize offered except where that loss, damage or injury was caused by breach of these Terms by the Promoter or the willful or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter. To avoid any doubt, the Promoter shall not be liable for loss caused by an act of God or anything else outside the control of the Promoter.

  10. General:

    (a) For any prize that remains unclaimed (for a period of 10 business days from the date the prize was drawn) or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise the Promoter will award the prize to the next winning entrant in accordance with clause 12(h).

    (b) The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who has breached these Terms and Conditions.

    (c) The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner’s proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at the address provided.

    (d) The Prize must be used (branding project completed) within 12 months from the end of the Promotion Period.

    (e) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

    (f) All monies referred to herein are inclusive of GST. By entering into this competition the entrant guarantees that all of the above Terms and Conditions have been met.

    (g) Any entry found to breach the above Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and the Prize may not be claimed.

    (h) We reserve the right to re-draw the winner of the Prize if the Prize is not able to be taken by the initial winner. This process may be repeated until a valid winner is drawn.
